How to use the IVF Journal:

This planner/journal/calendar hybrid was created to accommodate the many IVF peeks and valleys. So, use creatively! But here are a few tips:

• Print as many pages of each page as your cycle needs.

• We recommend printing each page on a piece of cardstock paper, using a three hole punch, adding them to a binder, and organizing the pages via cycle day so you have a comprehensive picture of what each day of your IVF and Transfer cycle looks like.

• Use the journal page (the last page in this document) throughout your cycle and not just at the end. We recommend writing in one journal page per cycle day and filing them in chronological order with the rest of the pages as you go.
